People are born with the ability to tell the difference between music and noise. Our brains actually have different pathways for processing different parts of music including pitch, melody, rhythm, and tempo. Fast music can actually increase your heart rate, breathing, and blood pressure. While slower music tends to have the opposite effect,
there are many genres of music, but it depends on the people on how they choose what genre they want.
Some people listen to music to temporarily to forget their problems and to lessen their overthinking about problems they encounter everyday in their lives. There are benefits we can get from listening to a musics, we choose whether positive benefits or negative benefits.
When I was a child I was hooked up by the musics I heard from my sister’s phone and I found my self interested to the musics. And when I turned 15 yrs. old I learned how to play a bass guitar and I play it while I’m listening to my favorite music and it makes me feel better when I have problems. And then, I found myself that I’m searching for and watching some tutorials for better voice on singing.
